I'm writing this review in hopes that it'll reach the USCIS Officer who conducted my Naturalization Interview & Civics Test; Officer D. La. The entire experience was relatively quick and very pleasant. For anyone who has an appointment at the Federal Building, I advise you (as does your representation, I'm sure) to arrive an hour beforehand since there is a lot of waiting in line (especially during Covid times). Officer D. La was incredibly professional & personable. Very encouraging and great in her role. I have my Ceremony tomorrow and appreciate how kind she was.

Had a 7am appointment, arrived promptly with my wife. We were processed and seen very quickly. Sending our gratitude to officer E. Wang who was very helpful in us finding our interviewing officer. An exemplary federal employee!

Thank you USCIS Los Angeles Field office for an outstanding customer services and very helpful public servant. Wife Ritta had her 1st test interview appointment for her Naturalization yester with Agent Novielto Arbas who was one of the friendliest and helpful agent. My Wife and I are so grateful for his treatment and outstanding services.

As we walk in and fall in line at the verification area to present our appointment letter, the person who accommodated us is an Asian guy who doesn’t smile, doesn’t talk much and can barely speak English! He’s horribly arrogant and doesn’t like people of color, the Hispanic woman in front of me was obviously disappointed when she did her business, when it’s my turn I got the same treatment. Anyway I’m Asian too. Maybe the USCIS administration in L.A. would address this issue!

The security at the doors are horrible They have no manners and they treat everyone like dirt. They act as they are police officers and/or immigration officers, of which they are not. They forget they are here to serve and maintain order, not to treat people like dirt. They are not there to discriminate or be abusive or belligerent. This job belongs to the immigration officers and the judges.
