My dad's urn for cremation stacked there for over 10 days. We had to buy a new one from funeral house to finally bury him and canceled the parcel with the beautiful one I ordered for him.

Very arrogant, when I called them the guy ask me who gave me their Contact no. Lol, also very slow service. That's what happen when overpayed

They are incredibly rude. Please understand that most people dont cross the border every day and so we are not well versed in those border forms and who to hand them to. No need to be rude to people about it especially on a non busy day.

Never picked up the call in the state of emergency. I had 20 minutes to sort my things out but never picked up. Completely terrible.

Over paid monkeys with a god complex never answer the phone rude and arrogant when simple questions aee asked after you have to call 10000000 times befoee someone pocks up the phone which if I am mot mistaken is part of there job which my over taxed pay chq pays for .
