Do NOT work with these people. Specifically if you want to buy a listing from someone who works for them. They will do everything in their power to cheat a buyer out of their money and waste your time. They don’t know what they are doing and will try to put the cost of every little thing on top of your loan. As soon as you see their name on something turn and run.

I did not much care for my Veteran approved real estate agent Joel W. His fee for us as a homebuyer was 6% where normal agents are only 3%. We fired him and went elsewhere.
