It is next to impossible to get in touch with anybody in this office. If you're lucky enough to actually be connected to somebody, it is then an ordeal to get questions answered. Website info contradicts what was told by representative so I'm no better off now than I was.

Awful Customer Service! The website isn't user friendly at all and you can never reach anyone on the phone here. I called and left multiple messages for someone to call me back. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They actually close at 3:30! I got there at around 3:50 and was turned away! They were also very short with me on the phone and kept insisting I give them my social, even though they did not need it to look me up. I am pretty annoyed.

Terrible website and terrible process, not user friendly at all. took several attempts to get finished. also, you can’t use this on a cell phone. why?!?!? had to go to friend’s house to use her laptop.
