I arrived Monday afternoon and sat 4 hours past my scheduled appointment until loaded... first time picking up here... not impressed with scheduled loading times.. the yard is small with all the traffic that day...
this is my second visit here on a Friday morning...complete opposite of my first visit.. I had a 1pm appointment and I'm here 5 hours early getting loaded... I called ahead to their Shipping dept to see if they would accept me earlier than scheduled... it worked out... So I would suggest any driver to call ahead to see the status... so I've upgraded from a 2 star to a 4 star..

Awful neighbors loud too many trucks on our quiet streets. Trucks going down the wrong Street and our too big to turn around so they drive over curbside and break the curbs up.
