I recently had a pleasant experience picking a bedroom set and some other furniture in this location. While some items have an outdated look its still very possible to find a unique looking good quality stuff with a modern look. Special thanks to a salesperson Georgina and a manager Sean White. Great people. If not for them I would end up buying elsewhere.

Proceed with caution when purchasing merchandise at Raymour & Flanigan. The Protection Plan IS NOT INSURANCE. You are better off shopping next door at Bob's Discount Furniture and using their Goof Proof Plan that includes free delivery. We purchased a sofa that broke within the first year of light use. To our impression, we were lucky to have purchased the Platinum Protection Plan. Once the sofa broke, we immediately contacted R&F to make a claim. They asked us to text them photos of the broken sofa and told us that they would contact us in 48 hours. After being contacted by R&F, we were told that we must enter a showroom during a pandemic within 14 DAYS to select what we would like to use our credit for. We called the Marine Park showroom to begin the re-selection process to get a replacement but the sofa was no longer available so we opted for a $550 credit in which we selected a dining room table. DELIVERY DAY: After paying hundreds of dollars for the delivery again, the delivery men come to deliver the table and mention that they were also scheduled to pick up the sofa. We contact the store to verify this and the manager explains that the only options we have are to 1- allow them to take the broken sofa and drop off the table, or 2- leave the broken sofa, receive a check for the difference paid for the table ($600), and lose the $550 credit for the protection plan of the sofa. I ask that I get transferred to someone who can assist with this but she was adamant in not letting me speak with anyone else and reiterates that she is the manager of the store. At this point we are frustrated because at no point did anyone in this transaction mention that they were going to take the couch with them. If this was the case we would have avoided this whole issue and purchased another couch. When I asked the delivery men what they would do to the broken sofa, they said that it was going to be discarded anyways, and that they should've told us that they were going to pick up the sofa in advance. I am extremely disappointed by this and would like someone from the R&F team to contact me. Disappointed at the quality of their products, disappointed with the customer service we've received from the store, and disappointed at the lack of transparency with the "protection plan"

No I'm not happy at all. I was told the item i wanted was in stock and it wasn't. Then the price for item went from 1028 to almost 1500 in 5 minutes. Not to leave out if the item didn't fit in my elevator it would have be taken apart by a unknown person for a unknown price... ???? ???? 1 ???? was to much.

My family and I were in need of some new bedroom furniture and living room furniture. When we walked in the store Tyson greeted us and told us to let him know if we needed help. We had been researching all the things we wanted so we pretty much knew what we were getting when we walked in. We showed Tyson what we wanted and he suggested a few things and gave his honest opinions and really make the process smooth. 20 minutes we wrapped up the sale and we even realized we lived not to far from each other. We spent the next 20 minutes chatting. At no point was he pushy like most sales people. Felt like an uncle. Very comfortable. In this weird time nice to know Raymour has such friendly people there who aren’t just trying to make a sale but trying to listen to your needs and make good suggestions. Really appreciated working with Tyson. Other rooms in our house need to be worked on too and we will definitely be stopping by to see him again. Amazing service.

My family ordered a couch from Raymour and Flanigan, that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. After reaching out to them multiple times for a status update, our item was not delivered until three months after ordering. That was when we were informed by the deliverers that our couch would not fit through our entry way. We decided to give them another chance and order a different item only to have our delivery date pushed back again. We would not have known if we had not, again, reach out to them first. Highly dissatisfied!

I believe this will be the last time I purchase any furniture at Raymour & Flanigan because they have a horrible return policy. If you bought an item and you are not satisfied after receiving it at your home, you will have a hard time returning it or even exchanging it. And, if you do manage to get a manager to exchange the item, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus a delivery fee, which can be very costly.

Had a great experience from start to finish. My wife and I went to the store on Saturday (late morning), and as soon as we walked up the escalator and were immediately greeted by one of the associates, Stefan. Stefan was an absolute delight, he was very clear in explaining what options we had with the style we were looking for and with our budget. We found an amazing 6 piece adjustable table/chair set. Stefan was also able to lower his delivery fee and even though there was going to be multiple deliveries, there was only one charge for all. I highly recommend this place!

Literally the WORST experience I have had with a furniture store and I have moved a lot over the years, so I have been to many. The sales person said my couch would be ready in a week, then it gets delayed for two weeks, then delayed another two weeks, and then delayed for three weeks, with no communication at all! I had to call into the store to ask about the status of couch all three times. Otherwise, I'd be sitting twiddling my thumbs waiting. Its a month and half later. They dont even try to deliver...the guys comes a day earlier (why?) and say they cant fit the couch up the stairs. Not even trying! So now I am starting from scratch after a month and half waiting. No apology nothing. Definitely would NOT recommend. TRUST ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Rather expensive. But check out the "outlet" downstairs (street level) for the more reasonably priced products and floor samples for sale. Beware some of the furniture is manufactured by Ashley (R&F changes the name of the model so you shouldn't be able to tell) which has a store a few minutes away.

The customer service has been pretty outstanding. I have had two separate issues with my mattress and each time they have been more than accommodating as a business owner should, however, that is not always the case. The manager was very professional, knowledgeable and also accommodating.

Called to cancel an order and they put the salesman, Sebastian on who originally helped me (barely). He said someone was going to “call me back” to confirm cancellation.. two days later and no call or email from them, but they took the money out of my account so that’s interesting. Surprisingly enough now I can’t reach them on the phones. Such a joke.

Update: Love! Absolutely love the new renovations! Well, not really Reno project as it's an entirely new building. The layout is beautiful and it's huge! Almost too huge that you can get lost. Products are of TOP quality and the best part is the friendliness and charismatic associates who work the floor. They seem very knowledgeable and will patiently help you zero in on exactly what you are looking for. What's more is that this store now offers decorative items including vases, bookcases, artwork, area rugs; virtually anything imaginable to compliment your nice furniture. Old posting: Awesome place and very courteous and friendly staff; they seem to cater to your desires/ needs. Looking forward to going back.

I was shopping for a sofa and I got a sofa. They have a big selection of furniture and an extensive showroom. There's also a separate outlet section too. Most of the styles are on the outdated side so nothing glamorous here. The store is just a big floor space with furniture with very little inspiration here. It would've been been at least four stars if the customer service was more transparent. Some of the staff are rude and wants to switch their attitude the second you paid. Terms are unclear, and they will manipulate their words to get the sale. Be prepared, they will get loud and team up against you. There’s no working things out. It’s a business after all, the customers are not first. They don’t communicate well with each other and that led to a huge disappointment. I left feeling frustrated. Debating if I want to cancel my order due to the unprofessional at the store. The prices are cool but I think ordering online will save me some attitude.
