My water bill has been $73 dollars since I've been here n i been living in my home since October 2020 all of a sudden after the snow storm its $125 n I went and brought water we couldn't even use the water for a couple of days..n wen we could we use the same amount of water I'm not understanding this

I wish you could rate 0 stars for scoundrel companies like these, they have a fraudulent billing system to where they charge you what ever they want literally, one month I payed a $90 bill and traveled out of state for a month and a half and still charged $75 and I wasn't even there I even turned off my water water supply at my home haha unbelievable. Don't even try to pay your bill on their website they also charge you a "convenience fee" as if there fees weren't high enough already

MDS requires a ridiculous $100 deposit for everyone that sets up service in my area. I have never had to pay a utility deposit before and I do not want to have $100 tied up with MDS until I cancel my service. The payment fees look way too high. I understand credit card fees, but having a fee for automatic payments is absurd. I hope I can attend one of the board meetings soon to discuss my displeasure.

I find it incredible that any other company will not charge you a fee for using the automated payment method, but Fort bend MUD165 charges a 5% fee for using the automated payment. That's plain stupid ! And why close at 4:30 pm instead of closing at 5 or 6 pm? Plain stupid!

Antiquated technology and unjust billing. They randomly add fees. Use the same amount of water 2 months in a row, the bill goes up. Use less water, the bill goes up. Use more water, the bill goes up. Makes no sense.

Almost 2 years later the services have improved but online payment center still needs help, only time improvements should be made but overall better from my last review.

Fees everywhere! You go leave the payment on time, they post it days later making it look late and giving you a late fee. Customer service over the phone sucks and the payment collector woman at the phisical place seems to be in her nasty period every day.
